Schwinn Master Trainer came to FWCH 10/13 and completed a 9 hour MPOWER certification course for our team! Cycle House team understands the story of what Authentic Cycling is and what RIDE RIGHT means through the unique simplicity of the Schwinn® certification. The Schwinn® MPower™ with Power Instructor Training Program packs all the punch of our classic training but adds the power of data through our latest Power console.
Eric is husband and father. He graduated from IU with a major in Sports Management. Eric obtained his Cycle Certification in MI and is re-certifying with Schwinn here in FW. Eric was born in Cleveland. He was raised in Orange Co, CA and Columbus, OH. Eric makes time for working out daily because of the impact and clarity it gives him. He is committed to authenticity at the Cycle House; bringing motivation and positive energy to the community. Eric has held many records in the 800m & 400m events. These record speaks to the endurance, intensity and mental grit Eric is able to bring to the Cycle House. Eric also enjoys: outdoor biking, kid's sports games, camping, all genres of music & road trips.
Leah is a mom to 3 kids. She is an IU grad w/a Masters in Education. She is a 3rd grade teacher @ Covington Elementary. On top of that you will find Leah at the Cycle House instructing Barre & Cycling! What Leah loves about group fitness is the motivation and relationship building. Leah recently fell in love with indoor cycling. She says, 'It is the perfect workout for all fitness levels and I can't wait to encourage people to step out of their comfort zones.' Outside of the obvious family and friends, Leah also loves: Halloween, advocating for Down Syndrome, GiGis & Buddy Walk fundraising events, her 46845 neighborhood, time at the lake and a good Vodka/Soda.
Amanda has had a passion for fitness for as long as she can remember and began her fitness instruction journey in 2008 teaching Pilates. She has her bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University. She has been working in the wellness industry ever since graduating. Amanda is also a certified Wellness Coach through WellCoaches. She has taught HIIT for several years as a Wellness Coach with Parkview and in May 2019 completed her Barre certification. Amanda has the experience to bring the Cycle House community a class that is challenging, creative & fun. She is passionate about your needs and goals. Outside of teaching classes, Amanda enjoys running and loves spending time with her husband, 3 kids, friends and family!
Jessica started attending Yoga classes15yrs ago when her boys were babies. She loved the way she felt after practicing. A few years after she added Barre and Pilates to her practice, and since then her love for body, brain, breath connection hasn’t stopped! Today Jessica is 200hr CYT, a fully certified Barre teacher and is also certified in Tabata GX. She is currently a teacher at Fusion Yoga, Elite Dance Center, Traction Performance and does weekly yoga sessions with her 2 oldest son’s football team @ Carroll High School. She loves that the next generation is utilizing a regular schedule yoga practice to balance their grueling day to day practice schedules. When Jessica is not teaching, you will find her traveling and spending time with her family, watching her 2 bigs under the Friday night lights or watching local bands- especially when her baby is the drummer. Look for Jessica on Cycle House schedule 1-2x a week teaching Barre and Yoga intermixed with her love for Pilates movements.
Born and raised in Columbia City, IN. Jared comes from a family of 5: himself, his parents & 2 older brothers. Jared attended Miami University where he played 4 years of college football and graduated with a degree in Sports Leadership, Management. Jared continued to play football (briefly) after college and was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals. Who Dey!!! Since, he obtained his RYS 200 hour teacher training yoga certification (April 2019). ‘I have always had a passion for fitness/exercise and working with others! I look forward to continuing to learn and grow in this industry and to building relationships with many others along the way!’ Jared will be obtaining his cycle certification @ FW Cycle House this October and you will find him leading cycle 1-2x a week.

Ali loves attending group exercise classes! She is an everything health & fitness enthusiast, from nutrition to exercising! Ali is wife, mother to 2 girls: Addy & Mila, along with one sweet pup! Ali played tennis in HS and still plays on women’s leagues for fun! She is a regular cycle class attendee for over a year and now newly certified Ride Right Schwinn instructor. Ali has a healthcare degree and works in ensuring quality in the hospital setting (@Parkview)! She is ready to leap out of her comfort zone (way out) and share her love of cycle with others. On the weekends you can find her sipping wine and hanging out with family and friends.
Kacie Miller is a wife, a youth pastor with her husband Ryan and currently a mama to 5 kids! She is a Ball State graduate who pursued a career in the fitness industry in 2014, after her second child was born. She began as a personal trainer and 2 months later became certified as a Spinning instructor. Since 2014, Kacie has been instructing HIIT and cycling classes while also leading fitness challenges and personal training clients. Last year she decided to reinforce her love of personal training to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. After early mornings at the gym you can find Kacie running outside, driving kids all over town, camping, traveling or attending sporting events.
Laura is wife of FW Cycle House owner, Eric. Laura has been on a health journey for as long as she can remember. Group fitness changed her story: the accountability, fun, community aspect. Laura is passionate about motivating, growth and leading. Laura is Barre Certified and Cycle Certified. Laura is also very proud of her healthcare career, where she has been since graduating college. She enjoys what she does during the day and leading a class at the Cycle House once a week is something extra to fuel her purpose. Laura is also creator of FWCH culture statements and is dedicated to helping the studio cultivate that special culture.
Resident fun here! Casey is busy mother of 3, married to HS sweetheart, Mark. She is an IU School of Nursing grad and works a few days a week prn. She enjoys all the 90’s Hip-Hop and has a wonderful personality. Casey, ‘ I dabbled in cycling and other group fitness classes in college, but right away after finishing school, I got married and started my family. I’m excited to push myself outside my comfort zone and expand my identity outside of nurse and mom!’ Casey loves to hang out with her husband/kids, travel, drink wine, read and shop. ‘I want my classes to feel like we are just hanging out and listening to AWESOME music, while pushing our limits physically, mentally, and emotionally.’
.Here for the Tabata? Strength Training? Jamie is you girl and she has been teaching group exercise for 5 years! Jamie, ‘ I currently teach @ Catalyst & Rebel Yoga. What I love about group exercise is the challenge, accountability and the people you connect with in class. I enjoy making classes fun and providing variety so content is always fresh and new!’ Jamie is a mom of 4 and enjoys watching NFL football with her family. She also enjoys cooking and reading. Jamie is going to bring the heat and we are beyond excited to have her passion and personality as an addition to the FW Cycle House Team.
