Full body balance are the goals. Barre is a hybrid workout class combining ballet inspired moves w/elements of pilates, yoga and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements. Classes incorporate light weights, bands and a ballet BARRE.

Body sculpting is a non-aerobic (or small amount of aerobic) muscle-toning class. Classes may use weights, exercise bands, sliders, stability balls or a combination of these gadgets. Expect to move through a variety of low-impact exercises targeting all major muscle groups.
This fusion blends 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of barre. This fusion uses both studio rooms and is led by 2 certified instructors. During the barre segment, members can expect to use bands, light weights, sliders and the ballet barre for balance.
This fusion blends 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of sculpt. This fusion uses both studio rooms and is led by 2 certified instructors. During the sculpt segment, members can expect to use body weight for resistance, 2lb, 3lb, 5lb, 8lb & 10lb weights in any variation.
This fusion blends 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of a heated yoga flow, utilizing infrared heating technology which encourages flexibility and detoxification (among other benefits!). This class uses 2 studio rooms and is led by 2 certified instructors. Yoga studio temperature ranges from 85-95 degrees.
