It is aerobic activity which means that your heart, blood vessels and lungs all get a workout. You will breathe deeper, perspire and experience increased body temperature. Your legs get a serious workout. By the end of class, you'll have a steady stream of feel good brain chemicals called ENDORPHINS.
Cycling does not discriminate. No one is turned down from taking a class or wanting to become the best version of themselves. You have the freedom to pedal and push at your own pace. You are encouraged to come as you are, ready to work and ride the bike.
